MapleXp application
MapleXp is published using Click Once technology which has at least two important advantages:
- allows for non-administrative installation
- supports seamless updates
Both MapleXp Express and MapleXp Classic are available as a single installation package.
Which version will run depends on whether you have installed a license key.
The most recent version of MapleXp available for installation is 1.9
From the following choose installation method that best suites your needs.
If unsure use the web installer.
Launch Link
Use this link to run the most recent version of MapleXp
- if you have no MapleXp at all it will be installed
- if your copy of MapleXp is outdated it will be upgraded
- if your have a fresh copy of MapleXp it will just run from your disk
To use the Launch Link you must be sure that Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 is installed on your PC.
Web Installer
Web installer is a small executable that installs all prerequisites and then MapleXp application itself.
This is a recommended path for people installing MapleXp for the first time.
You must stay connected during installation as all necessary components are acquired from the network.
Offline Installer
Offline installer can be used for installing MapleXp in disconnected environments or for publishing MapleXp on websites or CD/DVDs.
Please note that Microsoft .NET Framework is not included in this package.
If it is missing the installer will try to download it from the network.
