MapleXp Express

The following list highlights selected features of MapleXp Express.

• unlimited database capacity
You can create as many tasks as you want and organize them into a hierarchical structure. Then keep record of how long you worked on them for years.
• calculated totals
For a specified period of time you can see how long you worked on particular tasks, including and excluding subtasks.
• notification area and balloons
MapleXp puts its icon into notification area. Without opening the main window you can see your present status, stop and start tasks. Notification balloons can remind you that is time to go to bed, for example.
• data export
Do you need some more sophisticated data analysis then provided by the application? Export your data to a spreadsheet and process it your way.
• rich configuration capabilities
MapleXp has dozens configuration settings which control how it behaves and how data is processed. You will be able to customize the application so that it suits your needs.
• "stick" version available
Do you ever need to work on client's computers? Install the stick version of MapleXp to your USB pendrive and keep track of your time even if outside of office. In this setting MapleXp keeps its configuration files within the installation folder so nothing is left on a strange hard drive.

MapleXp Classic

The following features are available only in MapleXp Classic.

• hidden tasks
This feature allows you to mark tasks as hidden. Such tasks, although not deleted, are not shown in your task hierarchy which help you to keep it clean.
• support for invoicing your customers
This feature allows you to assign a pay rate for tasks and work items. After you do that you can easily see not only how long you worked but also how much should you be paid.

Additionally each work item can be marked "invoiced". You always know what has already been paid what not yet.

• advanced task sorting
Tasks can be sorted recursively.
Container tasks can be grouped together at top of the list.
